Job Opening: Customer Service Rep (front desk) & Facility Attendant (events)

Portland Parks & Recreation is recruiting customer service representatives (front desk) and facility attendant (event) staff in various community centers. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for an assortment of clerical duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, filing, disseminating information on site-specific and citywide programs, registering patrons for programs and passes, assisting program coordinators with projects, opening and closing the building. For CMC, ideal applicants have a prior background in music. This hours vary weekly based on mutually agreed schedules. The shift work may include any portion of time 5:00am-10:00 daily, including weekends (8:30 am - 10 pm at CMC). Schedules are adjusted based on facility needs. Starting wage is $14.83 per hour.
